An Indiana Interlude and a Trip to Shedd Aquarium, Chicago

I took a break from WWOOFing a few weeks ago and went to visit my friend Carrie in Indiana, by way of an overnight in Louisville (thanks again, Art and Elaine!). It was great to spend time with Carrie, talking and eating guacamole, the latter of which happens to be a shared specialty. While I was there we did take a day trip to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago which was pretty amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful exhibits at The Shedd and the marine mammal show with beluga whales, sea lions, and dolphins as well. As usual most of my photos didn’t come out well due to the low light and fast moving animals, but I have a few.
