Cape Egmont and Lighthouse, Prince Edward Island

Since I was already out by Cap Ergmont to see the Bottle Houses, I ventured a mile further down the road to see the Cape Ergmont Lighthouse. And I’m glad I did because the red sandstone cliffs and the coastal meadows were gorgeous. There was also a unique sea stack very close to the base of the cliffs that contained an arch. The last of the keepers of the lighthouse in the 1950s was none other than Eduoard Arseneault of the Bottle Houses though I didn’t find out anything else about the lighthouse.
