The Wild, Fantastic Coastline of the Keweenaw Peninsula
I mentioned in my last post how wild and untamed the coast of the peninsula is and how I love it, but it’s worth restating. Still traveling north towards the tip of the peninsula we passed multiple, mind-blowing stretches of shore, all of which we stopped at. The broken rocky shore here is so rugged and the water is so blue that I don’t think either of us stopped smiling the entire time. Walking, we felt like we were in some remote area but in fact we were never more than a couple miles from the road at most which was a wonderful thing considering we only had a couple days to spend on the peninsula.
Absolutely beautiful! Great photos
Thanks so much! It’s a beautiful place!
